i have it for lunch only and then at evening i go ruti instead of bhaat and eat very little but weekend i go free. thing is count u r calories like this multiply 1000 with your weight + 300. and if you take less calorie then that u will lose weight. I am losing very slowly but i am not in a hurry and i can't stay starved for long so weekend food gives me enough for the weekdays but even in weekends now i can control which 2/3 months back i couldn't.
Lost 15+lbs in 1 and 1/2 month... still long way to go...

does your doctor approves of the diet? i don't know your age or general health conditions but in general, avoiding food isn't good for you, especially if you are used to eating lots.

i was quite ill about 18 months ago and had become the fattest i had even been. close to 13 stone. of course, i couldn't run at that time and had lost the ability to eat sensibly, so the weight had piled on within a space of seven or eight months. since recovering, i am down to 11.5 stones now and hoping to go down to my normal weight, just under 11 stone by the end of the summer. in my case, i just take regular exercises and where possible avoid cooked meals, relying on sandwiches.

i am not sure about what is the accepted recipe for ceasor salad but in uk pork isn't a staple part of this dish. some supermarkets will add pork jerki or something like that as a topping but that is definitely not the norm here.

i make mine at home, so no meat at all, just chicken substitute.

Wrong. Ceaser salad is just assorted greens with dressing and shredded parmesan cheese. Whatever protien you put on it take on that name, eg if you put grilled check on it, it is then called grilled chicken ceasr salad. OK?

Traditionally, tender leaves around hearts of romaine ... the dressing has eggs and anchovies in it. Parmesan cheese has protien.

talk about quality of threads..no disrespect to the thread opener in anyway. i am thinking of opening a thread titled "how do you like your dumping? quality time with a cigarette/newspaper/mags or just same old fashioned way i.e resting your chin on your palms and thinking why am i here?"

As I am working in a downtown area my choices are so limited now. Mostly none of the coworkers rent cars or feel like driving as it kills hours to go to a restaurant and come back. The choices are limited to Indian Buffet, Japanese Sushi and Chinese Buffet, Mongolian Barbecue, Greek Gyros, Chille Burrito, Subway and for more healthy choices Vegetables and Chic a Fillet.

For past two weeks, I've been sick. So yesterday, with sore throat, runny nose, caugh and a massive headache, I went into a Thai restaurant and had the shrimp soup with lemon - (I prefer extra spicy but yesterday decided to go mild), I came out of the restaurant HEALTHY. Sore throat, headache, cough all GONE. Today, I wake up from sleep and all my symptoms are back... Hacchew!!!

that soup is medicine I tell you.
