BTW guys why do you think indian think tank scheduled this game in BD?

-My guess would be that they were worried that if BD won again, and if it was in india, the crowd would pour into the field and it would get uncontrollable!

I think all the group matches are winnable, as it seems like 50 overs are the best format for us and if Bd keeps on improving steadily.

The area of weakness is pace bowling, mash, rubel, rasel, nazmul doesnt exude much confidence, apart from rubel others cant even bowl yorkers and not good bowlers at the death. we need to uncover more pace talents before 2011.

apart from the tedious group stage, the fixture looks alright. I hated last WC's super 8/super 6 systems. Its supposed to be a world cup not a league. :@
anyways, I would like to remind people of something, all the opponents in our group are pretty tough. England wont be sending their secondary team, so it wont be easy to beat them. India are always strong, Ireland will have to prove they are worth the test status. Overall it will be difficult for BD to go through. But I feel they will, and probably we will go further

Is it 2 matches to win to proceed to the super eight stage? If so, I hope BD can make it.

I did not realize that BD is in such a tough group, will be very hard to beat India, England and SA.
they have to play out of their skins to beat the other teams unless a miracle happens.

I hope that this will not be a repeat of 2003. badly beaten, then progressing in 2007, then ? in 2011.

Thank you. I am getting tired of minmina goal setting trends. If you don't have the self-belief to see yourself past 1st round, why bother to play?
