the rule of thumb is you take his gross income and multiply it by the age of his daughter.

In your case, since the daughter was promiscuous, you multiply his gross income by the combined age of her + (the duration of relationship in years with other men * number of men) + age of any kid <-- but make sure to ask for child support if the kid comes with the deal. That kid might potentially kill you with a kitchen knife - but it might be worth it if child support brings you a salary.

Rifat, I think there might be a reason for that. since Saudi is following shariah law, at divorce the wife is mainly getting that amount of money and that's it. So it is in their best interest to secure themselves financially (till they find another sucker) ahead of time in case something happens.

In contrast, divorce laws in let's say in NY would cause splitting of wealth - which can be in hundreds of thousands of dollars. Sure you can sign the Islamic contract but in NY court solely that will not be honored. So living in USA, the girls would have no problem signing even $1 dowry contract with you because when you gotz the money - she gonna tap that. So don't be fooled young man. You are actually getting a good deal with saudi women... i mean 20k to get out of a marriage... everyone would sign up for that ****. Even high end prostitute cost more than that in one weekend.

I hope you clearly see some problems in both system - but specially in the in the sharia one. In sharia law, the guy is assuming the responsibility all the time. There are two possible outcome - 1. either the guy pay her or 2. the guy is forgiven by wife/law to pay her - whereas in western laws, there is a good possibility the guy can receive half of the wife's wealth if she is running the show - like in Kabir's marriage.

And finally, I don't think you should get married in the first place if you are thinking of divorce right away. That's why you need to have premarital sex; so no surprises for you or her after spending 100k usd.

Get a lot of Dowry, use her money for as long as she uses you. After marriage force her father to get you a new house and car and stuff. If it doesnt last, you only gain her money so its a win-win situation for you XD
