Vijay has attitude problems, he is a selfish whinner, both HAthure & Paap on khalu are very strict about behaviour/attitude/discipline etc , even Mash is strict, remember how he yelled at Shehzad ?

I seriously think Imrul needs one or two more games before we start discarding him.
He struggles early on, but once he gets some runs he shows consistency, he was pathetic in Tests, had an average of 13/15 while playing at Lords, but transformed himself into a regular Test player, he struggled in BPL 3 early on but did pretty well the later half of the tournament.

Imrul already played 8 T20 matches and have an avg of 8 and SR of 75. T20 is not like tests , here there are not time for settling down.
