thats the only thing my brother plays (whenever he is on xbox, its halo 2). I am not a big fan of halo. Its nothing path breaking or extraordinary. Its all been done before.
I think fps is only PC type game and a mouse is a must. I hate 3d shooter with gamepad control. Unreal fan all the way. Unreal 2 championship is looking great.

Not only that, I play co-operative mode with my wife. So there - age is a mental thing.
While I was working late at night on my dissertation, I used to do doom2 deathmatch with my colleagues for a break - 4 of us and we had four machines set up in 4 different rooms in the lab - one windoze machine, 2 solaris sparc IIs, and one Siclicon Graphics Indigo (the one I used; with the built in zbuffer that made the rendering fast)
Heck, we own all three platforms + a gameboy (or gamegirl as my daughter calls it) to boot.
Yeah, a geek I am.

Dr Z... Doom 2 had some amazing deathmatching... 4 way deathmatch was so awesome... we used to play it on a pentium 133 MHz MMX.... that was the machine they had for our school network... and somehow someone once got Doom 2 installed on some of the PCs... we played co-op... deatmatch always 4 ways... after school. got into trouble so many times... its countless but always we found a way to get the game back into the system
good ol' days...

radical, actually you are right. my wife keeps reminding me how boring and unininspiring we bengali men are! and my waistline is nothing to brag about.
about halo2, my son plays it although not all the time - although i think he just started playing right now as I type. I am hooked on Rise of Nations, a PC game - does anyone play that?
