Why did Rubel get dropped? Haven't heard anything about him getting injured. Mash should not have been picked to play. Rubel and Shafiul have been doing a decent job and it seems foolish to change that combination. Honestly it's a toss up between Ash and Rock since their both out of form so either decision will not look too pretty. I don't understand why they don't just put Mushy up at #4 and then put Ash at #6 where he can accelerate. Mushy needs time at the crease before he can play his shots and then once settled in he can accelerate. He's already had 2 50's this year which is better then Ash and Rock so Mushy should get the nod there. Well let's hope for the best

Rubel sitting out for Mash? Not cool. Mash may have a lot experience under his belt, but he hasn't bowled a single delivery in a real match for a long time. We can not afford to take any risk. We should have stuck with Rubel and Shafi, and when the series win is secured we could have brought in Mash. Less pressure on him to perform, so he can slowly get the hang of things.

Shuvo must have to perform with bat, I suspect he was lucky with ball against NZ. Its time he justify his allrounder inclusion in the team.

cricinfo is stpuid. they don't know anything. Shafi has been our 2nd best bowler after Shakib for this year so far. And there is no way he is getting dropped.

I hate it. They seem to be going for seniority over performance in almost everything. Probably same reason why Ashraful is in the XI.

A fit Mash should be the first choice pacer; but it is not a Rubel vs. Mash issue. I wanted to see 3 pacers and two spinners in Raz and Shakib. Shuvo, Riyadh, Shakib, Raz, Ashraful: 5 spinners are too many.

He was lucky in the Semifinal of Asian Games too...from 4 overs got 4 wkts only giving 6 runs..in the final he did not get any wicket but did give just 16 runs from his 4 overs..

BCB plans to have Ash break Tendulkars most ODI runs scored record. The logic is that even if he scores at an average of 15 to 20 per match, eventually he will get there if given enough games.

its a long term plan and fans are requested to be patient and give it another 20 years or so before questioning it.
