That's a great achievement. Congratulations to your cousin.
On an unrelated note, I sometimes wonder whether a combined military cricket team would be better than our national team haha. They'd at least be in better shape!

Here's Peter Siddle, of the Australian cricket team, with the southern cross (stars on the Australian flag) tattoed on his back. Patriotism at its finest.
Inspirational stuff.
Have a laugh,

Okay back to Bangladesh and Friday's fast approaching, how do I politely turn down elders' invitation for Juma prayer without being a jacka$$? Any help & advice appreciated!

Feign a mid morning appointment and that you won't make it back in time. Or, tell him the truth.
It shocks them at first but they do accept.

- Leave the house before they do for the mosque, go and sit in some tea stall until the end of prayer
-Jump in the shower at the last moment, and be like..crap, I'm running late, you guys go ahead, I'll catch up
-Go along...you obviously don't believe, so go for the exercise!
Alternatively tell them the truth. They'll rant and rave, and then go pray extra for your salvation!

Why would you want to skip it in the first place ??
Think this as an opportunity to catch up with some lost opportunities.

Stop BC-ing around today and eventually getting to a presentation on cybersecurity in virtualized environments deployed by Bangladeshi banks.
