How can we win in this series?

Rafique is injured. Javed Omar is injured during the first test. The way things are going on this 5th day, if we can't win today in this first test, then how can we win in the 2nd test? Because possibly if Rafique doesn't get fit in just 4 days' time, then he won't play in the 2nd test (or at least, I hope he doesn't - otherwise you have to protect Rafique, Javed in the fielding position and let Rafique field in the slip areas like today and its not something that he's used to). Then how can we bowl Zimbabwe out in the 2nd test?
