A Sheffield man has won a refund from Dell for not installing Microsoft's Windows XP on a laptop he bought from the PC giant.

Too bad he's cost Dell £50, not Microsoft. Perhaps Dell should provide pre-installed XP as an 'option' to attract the open-source enthusiasts and save money in the process.
