How I'll gonna win this season's youth league

My youth team today got the lowest rating than the last six months. Middle order and lower order batting is totally bad. Only the Top order is like before. Bowling also not good. And there are too many good teams there. Today somehow won by 5 wickets. My current u19 youth and future u19 played superb.

If you were to run for Bangladesh National Manager, what would you have done differently than me and how would you go on about implementing your plan?

and if you were to give me any suggestion that you feel i may need what would they be and what are your priorities?

Actually I've no experience about National Team. Also usually I dont check the national team players and matches. And you guys did assistant job for national senior and u19 team. So u guys know much better than me. I think akib, tonoy, dawah, nadim and bangla-red can give u some valuable suggestions. I'm not the person to help you about these things

i declare it, you will win.. my team is totally messed up now.. its a dry pitch and you have a very high chance of winning cause my spinners suck.. suddenly there are no good players on TM.. i still have some money saved up but no good players.. and my team is the crappiest from BC, but still i beat a lot of teams ranked higher than me.. i like strategical play..
