Mathew Hayden!- a story of the bygone days. We heard a lot of stories like that in the past 10 years.
Let's talk about current BD team and the present cricket.
Today, our PM emphasizes on our team's training for the success in the upcoming series. That comment immediately put BCB to show importance in terms of training and facilities to have a sustainable and persistant performance in the long run.

Carries no weight (well, not talking about the literal one; coz that one DOES carry a lot), this old man. But it might just do, if in near future our performance graph doesn't show an upward acceleration.

rightly said
although i would like two groups of test playing nations(8 top teams in one and 8 lower ranking teams in other) with two teams from each group canges every two year
it will mean 16 test plyaing nation with compition at its best and also you gain reward for your good performance by promotion in top group and and the two teams who are at 7,8 in top group will fall in lower group
it means better record for bangladesh

I had a strange dream. I saw grandpa Hayden is playing test match with a bunch of toothless octagenerians in a empty stadium. Next to it in a shiny new stadium a bunch of youngsters playing 20/20 cricket a in front of packed crowd. Gandpa Hayden asking grandpa Ponting why can't they are not allowed to play 20/20 over five days.

Hayden definitely has a point there, we have two tough test series coming up ahead against India and England. If we can't prove ourselves in these two series we'll have very little to show the world and the critics that we are the good prospect and a team to recon.
Would be massive if we could get a test match win over India.
