Banner Pictures for BanglaCricket
As you may all have noticed, we try to (when we have some time), create create different banners at different times. Some reflect current events (such as the recent NatWest series win v the Aussies, the Zimbabwe Test and ODI series win etc) while some reflect Bangladesh cricket history or her fans etc.
We are looking for interesting pictures to create additional banners that we can rotate.
One idea would be to have a banner that celebrates key events of our cricketing history. Another might be to celebrate the early days. Another might be to celebrate the young one's playing cricket all over the country.
As such, I was wondering if you could point to interesting pictures that might be use to create various banners.
We are specially interested in pictures from the early days - pre Test status
I also recall several people had posted pictures about kids playing cricket. I have been searching but have not found the the thread yet. One of them was about a bunch of kids playing criccket in a village, using sandles for stumps. Not sure whether that was a Bangladesh image or not.
Anything and everything would be useful.
Why don't y'all post pictures here in this thread.
Thanks!

Like the new banner...
I think the new banner is so cool!! It is so quaint... and shows the real spirit of cricket in Bangladesh with the little kids playing in the villages. That is one tight slips cordon. Good to see the next generation of BD cricketers adopting an attacking brand of cricket!!

Amazing New Banner for Bangla Cricket!!
Couple of village boys playing cricket in a green field!!!
Wearing lungi, bare footed; some of them do not even have any shirt on!!
This is an amazing banner for Bangla Cricket.
This reflects the extent of passion for cricket at the grass-root level in Bangladesh.
This is the base of our strength. This is our potential, our future.
Tigers are coming up--nude, bare footed--but tigers indeed.
Thank You guys for this nice, creative idea!!

Really great banner.
Is Banglacricket going to rotate banners or stick with one for some time... I thought of this because rotating banners would be nice and also you can change them according to how we are playing.

Aka--This is a nice idea.
I posted the same suggestion in the support forum.
I will be nice to see both the old and new banner alternatively via something like an animated GIF?
The new banner is great.
This shows the passion for cricket at the grass-root level in Bangladesh. This is our potential, our future. The old banner was great too. The Old banner reflected our achievements, our successes and our cricket heroes.
We would like to highlight our future, but we also love to celebrate our successes. It will be great to have both the banners in BC website.

The current banner looks great. It reflects our real passion about cricket everywhere in Bangladesh.
A great Master piece.
