Absolutely horrible bowling. Could not defend 183!
We are the worst team in the world!

Think Mahedi lost his place in the team. With both Miraz and Mosadek securing their places, he has become redundant in the team.

Losses after losses after losses man. How do these guys still keep sponsorship? How no one from board gets sacked?

Congrats Sri Lanka!! Fully deserved. The sad reality and truth is we utterly suck at T20s. It's about the best team going forward.

Some sissy throws that would make a girl blush and spinners bowling no-balls

Someone give Shujon a slap. Now, he has to eat his own words!

Why did Shakib not use a over of Riyad or Mosaddek to break the partnerships?

I do not want to see Ebadot in T20's ever again!
Bowling was so indiscplined - 17 extras!!!!!

I do not want Mushfiq wicketkeeping for us ever again, his dropped catch helped Kusal make 60.

Mushfiq single handedly lost this game for BD. If there are no drastic changes in BD team, I am not sure when there will.

Starting with many useless board members like Naimur Durjo, Sharon, and bunch of others all needs to get sacked and start fresh again.

You have to give Ebadaot some slack. This was his debut game. He would have had 4 Fer in the first 2 overs if not for Mushfiq.

How we have gone downhill.
In 2012,2016 & 2018 we went to the finals. And, now we can't even qualify for the semis.

The stars from those matches:
2018 - Liton, Rubel

2016 - Sabbir, Riyad
2012 - Tamim, Shakib

Whose idea was it to debut someone in an important tournament

I don't know why someone like Mritunjoy was not given a chance?

I think it's fine that BD going home early. With so many passengers in the team, we would not put up meaningful fights against India-Pakistan anyway. Shakib now got an extra week to prep his boys for NZ-Pak-BD tri-series, which will matter much more in terms of WC prep.

He now has Liton, Yasir, and Shoriful on track for return. Hopefully Sohan and Hasan will complete their rehabs soon as well. Hope he's ready to move past Mushfiq-Riyad (at least Mushfiq, if not Riyad). He probably can leave Mahedi out as well, to accommodate another pacer in the squad. Needless to say, useless bench warmers like Bijoy, Naim, Emon will also have to be dropped.

We need to get rid of both! as Musaddek could have come early in both maches in place of Riyadh.

It doesn't matter what prep BD does, they will continue to lose. It won't even matter if we score 200, we will still find ways to give someone 3 to 5 lives and still manage to lose the game.

Overall, pretty dire and hopeless situation. Most of our players are overrated. I still don't understand how they still manage to get these sponsors?

Perhaps you would not be so disappointed had you not have unrealistic expectations?

Even full strength BD teams lost to AFG and SL at past. For me, it was heartening to see we fought well even with so many key players missing. Also, I had hoped to see some players being weeded out while others rise to replace them - I was not disappointed in that regard. Shakib, after taking over the team, gave a clear message not to expect any fast miracle but to give him time to build up the team. So far, he seems on track.

I reckon Liton/Mehedi will be opening going forward.

Mahedi will probably dropped for Sohan once he comes back and one of Riyad/Mushfiq will need to be dropped going forward for maybe a Sabbir comeback or experiment with Yasir.

Could see Fizz being dropped for Shoriful

It won't be long after people would turn on Ebadot as well. But he personally should have recused himself from bowling when he wasn't feeling 100% fit in the middle of over instead of letting ego get better hold of it. I mean that single over was worth four overs of work. And how tf do you ball a no-ball as a spinner that too at clutch moment?

Main culprit today was Mushfiq. Ebadot could have gotten 4 fer in the first 2 or 3 of his overs. Also, I dont understand why BD players are always scared to take reviews. I mean whom are they saving the reviews for?
