Mazharul Haque Passes away at 32 RIP
Former Bangladesh cricketer Mazharul Haque died of a heart attack on Wednesday. Mazharul, 32, collapsed while playing badminton in his hometown of Narayanganj, and died by the time he reached the hospital.
One of his friends, Raju, had been with him at the time. He said that Mazharul had completed his evening exercise before getting ready to play badminton at nine 'o'clock. "He was standing near the court where I was playing. Suddenly he collapsed... we took him to the hospital immediately, but the doctors declared him dead," Raju said.
Mazharul is survived by his wife and four-year old daughter.

Sad to hear that Mridul is no longer with us...and so young! Remember him having weight problem. May Allah grant him the Garden...aameen!

He is my cousin. Can't believe he is gone. A genuinely good person and loved by all in the family.

I loved discussing cricket with him. We were supposed to meet up during Eid this time. My Khala already lost Khalu long before but still battled on with her life and now this happens. I don't know what to say to her

Yep, to Jason Gillespie.
He made runs in the longer version tournament in West Indies and then got selected for an ODI! Goes to show we never really had any method in terms of selection
This is what Rodney Marsh said about him at the time:
"Mazharul himself experienced a 28-day training program in CBCA in Australia in 2000. Rodney Marsh, the chief in the Academy, was quite optimistic about his career thinking the boy would soon emerge as the best batsman in his country. "

Well, selectors learnt their lessons and thus, giving Shahadat chance after chance. I must say I am so impressed!
