zia > sabbir
* Zia more proven then Sabbir at Intl. level with bat + his bowling is very handy.
riad > gazi
* Hate it or like it, Riad's batting is better than Gazi's. He also bowls (more economical) and fields well, comparatively.
Just my 2 cent.

Based on the current form, I would go for Banglar HULK Zia. However, I will slowly groom Shabbir in the team as I think grey eyed shabbir could be our permanent solution in the lower middle order.
In regards to choosing between Riad Vs Gazi, I would go with Riad@WCT20 simply because Riad is a better utility player than Gazi.
PS- I have a feeling that Shabbir might play on 16th. Team BD introduced him at number 3 slot against IRE since Shabbir needs sometime to settle down before he goes for the big shots. Possibly selection will be between Momin VS Shabbir.

Sabbir is an interesting option. Adds depth in the batting, a livewire in the field. In BPL he bowled a bit as well. Decent leg spin.

Sabbir is an athlete..t20 suited..just give the lad time..he's a capable hitter not just a hit and miss player like zia..also sabbir can ball leggies..which mushy the idiot utilize in the warm ups with..IMHO both zia and sabbir should play t20s.
As for riyad and gazi its a tough choice..both are in terrible form but gazi is more a bowling option while riyad is a batsmen who can ball..I'd go with gazi as he strickes better with the bat late and can can be very dangerous with the ball on his day.

I think in the long run, Sabbir>Zia. But Zia's recent form suggests he could give Sabbir a run for his money atm.
As for Riyad and Gazi, Gazi>Riyad IMO. In the lower order, we need a bowler who can bat, not a batsman who can bowl a bit. It upsets team balance.

For the T20 format I would pick Sabbir over Zia although his performance in the last 2 matches have not been satisfactory but he will learn with time.
As for Riyad/Gazi, I would go with Riyad on this one because he bats better and his bowling is econmocial. Not to mention that Riyad is a good fielder, when is not dropping catches ofcourse.

Mushi's indication from press conference it is clear that Shabbir would be playing today over Momin.

shabbir is more a batting all rounder or batsman who can bowl a bit while zia is more a bowling all rounder or bowler who can hit. same with riyad and gazi, riyad is more a batsman, gazi more a bowler which is why we can't expect these guys to be performing in both suits at the same time all the time. gazi was pretty much picked as a specialist bowler originally and he pretty much still is, the reason he bats higher than the other bowlers is because he's naturally a better batsman than they are but that doesn't mean he's picked as an all rounder. riyad though is picked more as an all rounder these days imo.
as far as shabbir being picked ahead of mominul, he is worth giving a stint, but it's also more of a gamble doing it on this WC stage as mominul is obviously the much more experienced and to-date accomplished international cricketer. if shabbir was to be a part in this campaign even just a squad member but especially as a player in the XI then he should have been given quite a few more games before this event. it just shows the lack if planning and preparation there is within BD cricket.
1 match preparation, that's what shabbir got for this WC.
