I think one person should not open more than one thread in a tour. We need to give others chance. We have so many members now.

Mushy needs to get support from other players...i felt sorry for him...he was so quite after 30 overs

His bowling rotation, and field placement need to improve bit more.....coz of his poor bowling rotation and having only one player on the leg side saving one, we gave away extra 40 runs....Good luck and learn from you mistake!:Joy Bangla

WI bowling looks ordinary in our conditions
Roach was bhua,Bishoo average,Rampaul accurate but nothing threatening,
if we do the basics right it shouldnt be a prob.
but its important to see who gets dropped.
my personal oponion:
Shafi out Naz in
Ash out Hom in
last chance for Alok
Naeem was slow but as he got runs should stay but he shouldnt bat in top four if we r chasing 260+.

Well we got 258 this time against West Indies, which is 200 more than the 58 we got last time. If we carry on the same trend, we should get 458 in the 2nd ODI, and 658 in the 3rd.

my 2nd odi squad

tamim (how can bd play without him?)
nasir (yep thats rite nasir as a opener.he and tamim can give us a flying start)
mushfiq (nothing to say but good luck captain)
ash (he better play well if he wants to be in the team but i think he is playing kind of better now)
shakib ( amader jaan and amader praan )
kapali ( last chance for him and i took him mainly because he is a leggie)
Naeem or shuvogoto (either one of them will be fine)
razzak or elias ( we need a spinner and either one of them will be ok but i say elias cauz razzak not doin too well)
rubel (beacuse he is aggressive and has pace duh!!!)
nazmul (yes please selectors plz giv safi boy a break)
shurawardi shuvo (yep one more spinner)

No more "we want _________ as an opener". Imrul is fine, and he played well today. No more Ash, or "Joker" Naeem, and bring in Nazmul Goddamit!

Sticking with Imrul was prolly the best thing JS did - he is tge ideal partner for Tamim.

Does our captain keep track of the bowler stats? I guess not. Kapali kept runs on check when we were getting blasted away. He could have bowled a few more overs. Same goes for Nassir. Razzak should start chucking. He become inconsequential since he modified his delivery. Looks like we really needed Mahmudullah. On the other hand, I do not know how anybody can justify a place for Ash. I think we should make Ash a selector and, probably, his conscience wil prevent him selecting himself.

Nah i have no hopes on hom. This guy looks clueless right now. If i had power i would sit out naeem for the next two matches. Just like manoj pravakar was sidelined after his century

After that 58,, no captains will feel like going first to bat, especially against the same opposition But I dont think WI bowling was bad,, they did bowl pretty accurately and did get the wickets, check runs and had variations even when Roach was not bowling to his pace.. On the contrary, we need to improve our bowling significantly!!
