A lot of you guys say Ash is selfish but I say its because he's just a terrible captain. Its been known for a while that this guy doesn't have a cricket brain. How do you expect a guy with no cricket brain to be a good captain?

This is bull***t captaincy from Ashraful, not finishing off Nasir and Noor's quotas (assuming none of them was injured during the game and both were available to bowl). Selectors, please keep this incompetent, selfish loser out of consideration for the national team.

As for Shahadat, what a blazing century, I'm sure our batsmen are getting jealous. We all know why he got to finish his quota - the kind of thing that happens when you're in the good eyes of a brainless captain.

Bygones are bygones and should be treated as such.

If Jamie was the coach, the team would have aimed for 270, achieved 240. But i would rather have this team go for the kill even if that means getting allout for 120.

Well we don't have a Kuhn or Elgar or van Jaarsveld in our team, do we?

which one better?
240/270 including individual achievement or 120 without individual achievement when team loses in both cases?

I know win is above all, but at the end of the day someone's attractive performance and respective total can give you little bit mental satisfaction/confidence for better result in future despite of lose. but 120/ao or less score may put extra pressure on team like what 58/78 did to us.

Something is better than nothing.

Yeah something is also WORSE than everything. Winning is everything. Future is now. You don't plan for what you will have 2 years for now, you plan what you will eat today. Survive today, ask questions tomorrow.

I fail to fathom the depth of brainlessness that is required to not let your best bowlers finish their quotas. He's obviously both selfish and brainless, because had the target been smaller, he would've had a chance to score some runs and win us the game, getting noticed by the selectors in the process. But now his attempt at bowling glory has backfired on his evil plan. Oh the irony! This is why brainless people shouldn't be selfish. Then again, maybe they're selfish because they're brainless? Hopeless circular path.
