I need a strike bowler and a experienced batsman.
Team is doing quite poorly and fatigue issues have popped up, thus guaranteeing a loss in 20/20...
Div 2 is so freakin hard...

That's why I am thinking about camping in division three. I think it's not worth going in div 2 with this current team. What do you think?

My latest recruit.
Team (Youth) outback Talents Skilled (Bowling)

Wage $1,351 Rating 25,444
Nationality Bangladesh Bangladesh Age 16
Form reasonable Fatigue energetic
Experience dreadful Captaincy reasonable
Endurance reasonable Training Bowling Technique
Batting reasonable Bowling poor

Keeping poor Fielding ordinary
How do I train him? Does he possess the potential to become an U19?

Thats kind of what I planned to do, except the rest of my 20/20 div 3 were so bad.....
As for your current team, it would be competetive in div 2. Match ratings range from 115k to 130k+.
I'm playing at 105k.

For sure U19. Train him on batting tech until its reasonable, since that is a huge tech gap. If possible get him matches in youth and senior squad to gain exp.

He certainly is a great U-19 prospect. Train him in batting tech only for this whole season. He has enough secondaries for the rest of his youth life.

Train him in bsting tech until reasonable, then alternate with batting. Train power in seniors.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I can give up to 20 senior matches this season.
So batting tech it is?

Definitely. Hopefully for you, it'll take around 20 weeks (quick tech pop hopefully.) to get to reasonable.

Should take longer.
poor-ordinary-average-reasonable
3 pops is much more than 20weeks.
Isn't it 12 weeks per level, give or take a week or two.
However, by the time tech is at reasonable, batting might have popped to capable.

He is a great player and has a bright future. This shows why a BC member is an U19 assistant, quick and accurate responses to future starts.
My youth recruit today:
Team (Youth) Hoarders CC Talents Yorker
Bats Right hand batsman Bowls Right arm Fast medium
Wage $1,062 Rating 16,105
Nationality Bangladesh Age 16
Form average Fatigue energetic
Experience dreadful Captaincy ordinary
Endurance dreadful Training Bowling Technique
Batting dreadful Bowling reasonable
Technique dreadful Power ordinary
Keeping atrocious Fielding dreadful
And I've been getting technique pops in 8 weeks and primary pops in 12 weeks on my current 17yos (Primary-Tech training). Strongly depends on the academy level.

Yeah, technique pops faster on tech training compared to the primary on sole primary training, though only really at a young age (under 21).
I had 5 technique pops today, mine is a superior academy halfway to lavish:
17yo - 8 weeks bowl-tech, 12 weeks bat
18yo - 8 weeks bat-tech (x2)
19yo - 9 weeks bat-tech
For a 17yo on batting - 9-10 weeks

For tech or primary?
I'm waiting for amir to pop to capable in batting, before switch to bowling/bowling tech.

For primary, haven't trained much in all-rounder. I achieved that over 3 seasons ago.
Amir should pop around early/mid-September, technique earlier.

Playing 5 youth, and all my reserves (all 3 of them) today in my 20/20 match due to serious fatigue issues.... This rules out my 2 best spinners and all my lower order bashers for a crumbler pitch against a top team ...
At the same time this will most likely screw up my youth match next day , as now my main youths will be too tired to play.

Either way its most likely a loss. I'm bowling first to save fatigue and also cause it gave me an upset 2 weeks ago (same pitch, similarly skilled team).
If I had full squad I had maybe a 35% chance of winning depending on how good his spin was. But due to very serious fatigue problems (best players are at moderate), I'm playing like a 3rd XI, with youth keeper, only 2 spinners, and the core of my batting lineup being 18yo youth.

Pagla hagus have already arrived and are warming up for a big day. No doubt they will be singing loudly later on and making things difficult for the away team.
Powell has called tails and lost the toss. van der Veer ponders for a moment before deciding to bowl first. Spicy_Curry XI will start their innings shortly.
The weather for the match is expected to be Hot and the groundsmen have prepared a Sticky pitch. Conditions look good for the spinners, good for the seam bowlers.
