Happy for sohid

He hits the deck hard and have decent slower ones. Will enjoy the pitches in NZ for sure

Russell, Bravo, Sanga, Bopara, Shakib, Nasir... if Dhaka fail to win the title or at least get to the final Shakib will be exposed big time as captain.

9 bowlers used by Shakib in a T20? Kind of a head scratcher that.

BB only managed 24 runs in the last 4 overs. Good bowling by Shahid, Bopara and Bravo

Shahid is better than Shafiul and Rabbi put together. He charges in with big heart, has great effort about him, very energetic and seems confident fella!

This. Unfortunately wasn't fit for the test series. Thought he was discarded but it was just the injury that kept him out. Straight into the preliminary squad for nz ahead of rubel and co deservingly. Needs to be in our test side imo.

Shahid was actually fit before the second Test, but still was not picked. This was one of the many blunders people looked over because we managed to win the Test even with 9 players and 2 passengers.

Mash considered 14 or something runs against Zimbo once in ODI taylor hit 6last ball to win (do correct me if I'm wrong). Mash also gave away 18 or something in his only ever ipl match and lost that game where Rohit Sharma tonked him. But Mash went on to bethe best successful pacer in BD, and most successful captain.

Shahid has one chance. Need enough sample, needs more chances. One bad game doesn't define a player.
