The charges were levelled by on-field umpires Aleem Dar and Sharfuddoula, third umpire Marais Erasmus and fourth umpire Anisur Rahman.
Commenting on his decision, Mr Srinath said: “The Bangladesh players overstepped in their celebration of Jos Buttler’s wicket, which prompted an inappropriate reaction from the dismissed batsman and required the on-field umpires’ intervention. We all want to see high intensity on the field of play, but only as long as it is not provoking or antagonising or disrespecting the opponent.”

I said this thing before in this forum. The rule is, to get Ben Stokes punished, BCB has to lodge a complaint. If they don't do anything, Stokes walks free.
Anderson vs Jadeja incident also didn;t result in any warnings for Anderson. I don't expect BCB to do something BCCI failed at.

This Ben guy is actually getting under my skins. Too arrogant and hot headed! He should have played Rugby instead of Cricket.
Sending formal complaints on English players' post-match behavior wouldn't be the best course of action since England visited. Rather, Papon or Hathuru should just say something about it after the 3rd ODI or the Tests when a journalist asks them about it. Thank the English team for visiting, mention it was good cricket and great fun etc, and say what happened on the field had to do with heat of the battle, heat, players meant to celebrate, there've been no hard feelings, and that it's important to put all that behind and shake hands once the game is over. ECB thanked, message on where we stand sent clearly, succinctly, and politely. Done.
Lucky break for Ben "the chav" Stokes, but he added to his reputation. The other ginger Bairstow seems to be of the same ilk.

The worst case is that Stokes was aware of the limitations in the Dressing room and deliberately attacked Tamim once he came out. Just a possibility ... but you never know.
