Sometimes, politicians/government from small/poor country have no/or little power to influence international politics to get decisions in favour against a powerful country.

Intimidation and threats also exist in diplomacy and international politics.

In such situations, individuals (victims) from one country can bring cases against another country in the court of human rights.
