Default You are a selector!

Tapash and Nazmul don't play. Mushfiqur takes up the other place, who would you have chosen to make up the numbers? If it were up to you who should have played today?

It is easy. Select Sharif, his moral was high, and showing the burning desire to come back into ODI.

not rana because we needed another pacer not spinner. but again, when bowling is concern, i'd even open bowling with rana with new ball than shanto.

i am not sure we needed another pacer. we had 3 in masri, khaled and mushfiq with aftab chipping in 5 overs. we needed someone who could also score some runs so I picked rana.

I sure hope Sharif plays well in the 3-day tour opener. This 5'6" Liliput definately bowled as if he had a Napoleonic complex. He was pretty handy with the bat too. Hasibul Hossain cannot be the answer. I'll be following sharif's and Shamsur's box-scores with interest.

Enamul is my choice- yes true that Sharif is coming back, but he's not back at his best. It was a very serious and long injury, so i think he needs a season of cricket before he can think about coming back to International scene- We have plenty of new ball bowlers to back him up during his absence. As long we don't select players like Shanto!

Regarding the Test Team:
There is no question that the spot should be given to Razzak. Rana does not impress me as an allrounder anymore. I did not see much control and class in his 69 against India. It's time we forget about shaky allrounders and get a genuine bowler like razzak in the team. At times, i think he is better than rafiq. I will certainly choose him over Enamul Haque as well.
But i would only select him for tests. Not for ODIs as we have many part timers who can support Rafiq.

Well these poll demontrates clearly out of all these options Hasibul Hossain's selection was the dumbest thing the BCB has done.

everyone is talking about Sharif's recent performance. How many wickets has he taken the league this year. Or if we don't have the complete stat, what are some of his recent good performances?
