SA looks like a very strong squad! Impressive performances in all three games. This was probably their poorest day and still they won comprehensively

Lucky BD, now lets see how far they can go from next stage, assuming Namibia is not a match.

How do you guys even calc this? What if we score 250/all out and Namibia score 245/all out - wouldn't RR matter?

Did u checked the points Table? SL played 3 games and only won one...we played two and won one so far..so we just got to win to qualify. Margin doesn't matter

Point table updated.
For next WC, i hope we can avoid the group of death. every single WC, we have 2 other test playing nation in our group, which is pretty unfair as country like England, India and Australia only gets one test playing nation and 2 other weakest team you can ever field in a WC like Nepal, Scotland or even Ireland.

So, winning against SL was a lucky? hmmmm
Perhaps Anamul aka Aftab was lucky to score that 100

It's based on seeding based on last WC. We didn't rank in the the top 8, and are not seeded. 1 through 8 are distributed two a piece in each group. We fill in the left overs. Hopefully, we will be seeded < 9 for the next WC AND one of the current top 8 that we will have replaced is NOT in our group.

Reece Topley is son of Don Topley (a very close friend of Ian Pont)

Lucky BD = SA escaped 6 down [from SL] for mere 150 odd runs. Perhaps you put Aftab in shame by not reading the context of todays post.

What fantastic QF today. I laugh at people that called nz ordinary and no hopes and can't produce any talent at all. Also the 3 players I said to look out for, won them the game today, Cam Fletcher, Ish Sodhi and Matt Quinn! Bad luck to Pakistan tho! Ok since most people have a disliking to Nz and also India, who will these people support in the semi final?

Mahmudullah Fletcher really needs to hit out or s(h)it out, 53 from 6. Or else just like their sr team, they too won't make the final.

Check out this ESPNIndiainfo.com video.
http://www.espncricinfo.com/ci/conte....html?genre=37
3 sick catches taken by 2 Kiwi fielders, and I'm sitting there waiting to see a slo-mo of those catches. But there was none. It's ok I guess. So I decided to watch the whole video and then may be come back and watch the catches again. Then this Indian kid takes a straight forward catch at point, which he made look all "impressive" gets a nice slomo. I'm like.. dafuq??
