Yes Naimul bhai you are right but there is no use of this new thread on this topic, it'd be better to merge them.

Well, before going to Zimbabwee, shakib shoud have said that they had a bad preparation. Instead he said that they were favorite over Zimbabwee. It is an excuse, but a lousy excuse he was giving.

Big words from a spoiled brat who prefers making money over pretty much everything else nowadays. Paraphrasing a close blood relative of his.

Big words from a spoiled brat who thought "resting" at advertisement shoots and not showing up for practice was the best way to assure his best performance.

Time to get back to where you once belonged boy! If not, the darkest days are ahead of you both spiritually and professionally.

Shakib's has changed for worst. his brain and batting are not working in the field as use to, handling of fame got to him, money became an addiction. His maturity level went to wrong way instead of growing. the whole Magura circus he did right before the series on selection and second circus by not joining the practice- are just two of many examples. If he can't control his mean mind and can't elevate himself as leader then he will be out of captaincy and perhaps will be out of the game, it does not take long in sports, mark my words.

He has only himself to blame for his failure. If he cant perform in test or ODI why play T20? Its his fault only

Anyways BCB should be smarter where planning is concerned

exactly..when he 1st came on to the scene he looked by far the most matured player of Bangladesh..the 100 the scored vs pak was pure class..also the 50 vs india in 07 wc,when ever he was on crease i felt relaxed that time..now i feel ash number 2 is coming to bat whenever he is in crease

Dekhte hoi opposition player der strength and weakness gulo ki. Shei hishebe captain planning korbe.

Kintu Amader captain Shahab ki korchen? Practice e ashennai, coach er sathe dekha korennai. Ad niya bestho chilo. Tar aage County r IPL niay bestho. He didn't have any preparations as a captain.

Default someone wrote in crikinfo regarding indians

"Allow me to bring in the "Jack and Jill went up the hill to fetch a pail of water" analogy to Indian Cricket. If Jack and Jill had access to water by simply turning on a faucet in their air conditioned house would they still be motivated to go up the hill to fetch a pail of water? The youngsters in team India have easy access to name, fame and money by playing 3/4 weeks of T20 cricket in a year at home. What is the motivation for them to play out sessions after sessions of test cricket in hot sun, like for example, Dravid has done in his career?" You've got a point, NGR, but what about the 'Jack fell down and broke his crown, and Jill came tumbling after' part?
