I think you will see some of these junior players in the A team against Zimbabwe A first. Possibly Nafees and Enamul jr may break into the national squad again this year - maybe on the WI tour or later (Enamul does well at home, he needs to go abroad ). As for the U-19 team itself, where do they go after this tournament - there isn't a great deal of U-19 action coming up is there?

First of all, congratulations to our young boys and coaching stuff for winning the plate championship by beating Australia.

Our next step must involve some of these youngsters ( nafis, naeem, aftab, nazim, shahadat, dhiman, nazmul, enamul etc..) to represent bangladesh A or under-23 teams and play against same counterparts from other nations at home and abroad. We should gradually increase the level of competition for them and surely one or two will crack into the national team in due time. It will also create room for a new batch of players to join the under-19 ranks. We must use this momentum properly to nurture the young talents so they can serve the national colors in future.

Great job guys! Hope the senior members draw some inspiration from the youngsters as we have Zimbabwe to deal with tonight..
