Default NHL playoffs 2006 :)
I don't care if you hate hockey but the most NHL playoffs always produces the best games and this year theres rivals playing in the first round and upsets are waiting to happen. The race for the cup is on!

East matchups

(6)RANGERS vs (3)DEVILS: Best match up is this one,NJ steals the division in the last week from NYR. But that won't stop Jagr and Lundqvist is Back! Rangers win in an epic game 7

(7)CANADIENS vs (2)HURRICANES: Canada's team to get a whiping, should be a good series overachivers(Carolina) vs Underavchivers(Montreal). Carolina in 6

(8)LIGHTNING vs (1)SENATORS: Champs vs the favorites, champs gonna survive in 7. Tampa bay needs 1 good sports franchise

(5)FLYERS vs (4)SABRES: Another great series you can flip a coin to pick the winner it's that close.

West: It's gonna be Detroit vs Dallas in the Confrence finals anyway. Kinda like the NBA finals where most likely be DET vs SA.

Wings win an exciting game today in double OT. Oilers are too unlucky to face them in the first round.

Rangers just got Slaughtered 6-1 all powerplay Goals and to add insult to injury Jagr got hurt.

It was awful 10x worse than a BD batting collapse. Avs beat the Stars another bad day for Turco

I never seen a dumber coach than the Rangers Coach! He drops Lundquist for Kevin Weeks, because Kevin Weeks beat the devils 4 years ago!

You can't drop your best player for an average goalie. Jagr not playing all signs lead to a repeat of game 1.

this year playoff is so boring......bruins sucks so much....i can't belive it....i don't even bother watching the games i just know they r gonna lose....i'm telling u all jersery devils r gonna take the stanley cup home no matter wat......they r kicking *** out there.....

I get audio in the local radio channel and the first two games are broadcasted in local channels but tonights stars game is in oln so ...

Did you guys notice I jixed every team on my first post
1)Rangers - out
2)Stars - down 3-1
3)Detroit - down 3-2
4)Tampa - out
5)Carolina - 2-2

The only series I didn't jinx was the flyers-Sabers one which i said was a coin flip.

3 OT Loss. Stars should've won game 2 and 3 but hats off to the avs as they pretty much delivered the knockout punch when Clark took out Modano.

The Purple Patch for Edmonton continues. They are now in the conference finals and beat Anaheim in the first game, which was also an away game (though I'm not sure if home ice advantage has meant anything in this year's playoffs).

Also, my Sabres tonight took care of red hot Carolina in the first game.
