Default A Question

My Professor, who is from NZ, asked the following question. I thought you guys might have the answer.

Has there ever been a series in which the Number 6 batsman of one team has gone through the series without batting?

Good point. This was the first time in a test series that batsmen no. 6 and lower did not have to bat at all.

What is the big fuss? Don't forget it was a 2 match series and BD was compelled to bat first in each ocassins after loosing the toss. The "chicken hearted" mighty English were afraid of batting first.
