Cropping an avatar

I'd like my avatar cropped, as in I don't want the big box around it, is there any way to do this?

Well, you pick a jpg or gif file, put in on the internet, then go to control panel and click on edit profile, then put the url of the picture in the avater box. The pic has to be on the web, not in your pc.

If you have no way to put it on the internet, then email it to me at rajputro@banglacricket.com and I set it in your profile.
