If something happens to them, ICC should not hold BCB responsible. You are talking 60000 fans against 1000 cops to protect them.

They better realize that.

Why can't Ashoka #&$* Silva and @%$ Dar go to pak to do the Pak SA series. Can we get different set of umpires for crying out loud!

I wonder when we will have 1 umpire in ICC panel!

We could get someone else, if we had put in a written complain against them right after the Pakistan tour. Too late now.

As for having a BD umpire in the elite panel, that won't help us, ICC has a policy to use nutral umpire on both ends for tests.

In ODI, however, only one nutral umpire has to be used. Thus, we will see a BD umpire in one side in the ODI series.

Yeah, put the leach on the kids. Are they getting trained on restraint (kidding) ? You know how they 'used' to go those angling (ouside) balls.

That is the new physical training they did yesterday. They had to practice running while someone from the back is pulling.

I am expecting much improved running between the wickets and fielding.

Ittefaq reports that BCB realizes that Both umpires might be in danger since they have made bad calls in Pakistan. BCB will provide maximum security for them.

Good call, I am a little worried as I know the Bangali sentiment. If something bad was to happen, that would harm BD cricket a lot.
