The qualitative gulf between our domestic cricket and the highest level is monumental, and that's a fact. Therefore, participating in Indian and/or Sri Lankan domestics is a good idea as long as:
1) we don't continue to neglect our own domestics by marginalizing the NCL as we have,
AND
2) we play a lot of A Team cricket to better prepare our guys for the highest level.

Playing in Ind league or SL league isn;t a solution IMO. Dont like to get into the details of it, but I think we can have tournaments involving top domestic teams of BD/IND/PAK/SL.

Its a good idea, but we must surely improve pur domestic cricket. What happend to the 'Bankers Trophy' idea that our ex CEO (Macky Dudhia) muted a few years ago? Any thoughts on why that idea hasn't taken off?
Since Macky left our cricket has been on a downward spiral IMO.

@ 'the matter of the fact is your team is rubbish and on par with associates'. sounds like a typical deluded paki. ur pak team got knocked-out in the 1st round by an associate team (ireland) in the 2007 world cup and didnt qualify for the next round, didnt that make ur team rubbish and on-par with associates? . He seems like is here to bash bd cricket from different angles.

There are lots of good things but also issues playing Ind domestic leagues...I doubt our players will get fair share in selection and performance improvement opportunities...rather why don't we make a big change and make our domestic better and competitative...investors have to step up to create the new improved infrastructure...more A team games are required to make the players ready for the international stage

Thats a very good idea. It will create more enthusiasm about our domestic cricket among the fans and competitiveness among the players.
