Rakib is the best fielder. Sakib is good at everything, fielding is not an exception.

Who has the best arm, I wonder ? In ODI's this is particularly important. If you remember Pakistan is to employ Inzamam as the sweeper. Now, clearly, he was not the best fielder. However, he had the best arm. Left handed too !

2. Tamim Iqbal (like DUH)
3. Shakib Al Hasan
4. Mohammad Ashraful (pretty darn good when ground-fielding in the deep)

Ju-Si started off as a bad fielder and worked very hard to improve. By the time he was called up to the national team, he was top notch. His fielding has been going downhill since then. That said, he's young and very athletic, and fielding is an area where one can always improve with hard work.

Worst fielders? Razzak and Abir.

When Bangladesh is in form than everyone perform very good. Actually we are more or less good fielding side without some bad day. Till we dont have any Johnty Rhodes, so cannot say any individual name.
