He is special. Looks like he knows how to response in the time of crisis. He showed it last year against India. He showed it again in this test. And he is still the new kid in the block. Sky is the limit for him.

Absolutely magnificent...he stayed so calm...he read da situation so well...wut an innings...all his shots were orthodox n 4m his book..i loved his drives...

Someone post a msg criticizing him sumwhere in dis forum which i can't remember...i jus wanna tell him he din completely ride on luck...it waz a matured innings under da circumstance...he got a life when dhoni missed da stumping...well,Akmal din play a bad shot at dat ball,it waz just kumble bowled brilliantly,he saw him coming down da track n just squared him up...n no wonder,fortune favours da brave..
