At the moment he's still the best one day batsmen in world, but you start to see his body is taking a beating, today with the cramps and he had the Tennis elbow.

Great!! This would prolong his Test career. Ponting is closing in on the century record.

Tendulkar dismisses retirement talk, seems he wants to play "as long as he can". Personally i would wish for him to retire at his peak, lets see

personally, if were him and an indian fan...i would wanna milk it for whatever its worth.

i wouldn't be happy with sachin being at 15K runs and #1 of all time...i would want to break the 20K barrier.

be like jerry rice where the distance between second place and 50th place is still smaller than the gap between first and second.

Or be like Jim Brown. Quit (even at a prime age of 29) knowing no one can catch ever.

Four MVPs, Eight rushing titles to persue movie career, lol.

The closest one could get is Barry Sanders. Two MVPs, Four rushing titles.

3rd Emitt and OJ with One MVP and Four rushing titles.
5th Earl Cambell with Two MVPs and Three rushing titles.
6th Walter Payton with Two MVPs.

I think Tendulkar has taken the right decision. So many people dismissed him saying that he is over and that he can never get his form back again. He has proved everyone wrong. Just have a look at the following wagonwheel. How many batsmen can produce that?

As long as he believes that he can play good cricket, he should play.
