Amature!!
What does your resume look like? Here is mine.
1 years as OC (onion cutter) at a mexican restaurent. Later promoted to tomato chopper-spice mixture, then ground beef cooker and finally, the chef helper. Lots of expertise on Mexican food. Specialty Chimi Changa.
2 years as DC (Dish washer) at a chinese restaurent. Promoted to be a fine waiter. Chinese food hater Moila. Specialty Tofu.
3 months extensive training from my mother (bangladeshi dishes), she is an expert. She taught several courses in Dhaka to so many house wifes through Bangladesh Mohila Shomity. Specialty Biriani ofcourse. MCC honor, did get an offer to be a chef at Houston, TX after entertaining few friends. Majhey modhey khapey biriani pakaitey jaitam.
I pack lots of punch (thanks to the food network channel). I am ready for an open challenge. If possible WC 2007 could be a good site for a contest. Although I know you guys would only jockey for the second place.

What OC, DC or being son or daughter of a great cook has anything to do with being a good cook? Usually those are the signal of a potential BAD... BAD cook in making.
And just because your guest praised your cooking, you start thinking you are the greatest cook of all time? Give us a break. What they are supposed to tell you, your dishes are lousy?
Have you ever checked out what your guest's comment about you cooking behind your back?
You always looks like in bad mood. And if you cook with this kind of mood, I guess people better carry pepto-bismol with them before tasting your food.

The Bad mood has gone out the window with the old userID. This is a new me. I know you are craving for my mouth watering Biriani. Until you visit us you can't get any of that. So plan ahead for next summer.
