Default Question regarding DPL

Hey guys, i am writing a big article on Bangladesh Cricket hoping to cover a lot of issues. Right now i am working on the Domestic Cricket section on Dhaka Premier League. Can anyone please tell me the number of teams, how many new added, a brief description on growth over years and average salary cap of this league recently??

Sorry to open a new thread for this but i need this info fast!

Thanks in advance

Very good initiative. The main point that I see for us to move forward is, our cricket can not be Dhaka based only. I mean the other boards must have their own budget, own teams (Division, A team, under 19), own shedule (high-school based), own curators, coaches, training facilities etc. BCB must decentralize. Let the board have their own sponsors, own way of doing things. Holding on to power and money is the biggest obsticle for our growth and CONSISTENCY. Only then we can get players with 40+ averages batting in a systematic way and continue to get those type of players. Players would come in to the national team already knowing the basics from their divisional coaches. Bowlers and local curators tandomly create their own minefields.

The other way is if God sends us down players like Shakib every few years. (chances)
