So, anything from West Bengal or Bangladesh region is Bengal. People from both these region (West Bengal or BD) is Bengali by ethnicity. Tigers from both these regions are Royal Bengal Tigers (nothing wrong with it).

Thank you for the nice explanation. Do you know there they have a football team also called East Bengal? Pretty good by Indian standards I guess.

. 'Amar Shonar Bangla' or 'My Golden Bangla' in reality actually refers to entire Bengal. Rabindranath Thakur's anthem refers to 'Entire Bengal' (West Bengal+BD) together. ..Just stating the facts..

Well, they gotta wait nother 4 years for next WC to redeem themselves. We already caused the biggest upset. They can win this hundred times over if they want.

Exactly.
Sometimes I feel bad for ourselves for the kind of reaction we throw at times at BC. Really disappointed to see some of the high-profile members bringing themselves down to a cheap level. Don't we owe an apology to our neighbours across the border at times ?

Well as long the as the criticism is fair enough from both sides of the border, there is no need for an apology. However, unnecessary mud slinging by any party is not appreciated and should be avoided specially by the high-profile members.
