Those who are planning to subscribe on dilmatv

Guys, I don't think it would be a wise decision for you who still want to subscribe on dilmatv for BD-SL match. Today I bought their package and then received the following mail this evening:

Dear .......,

Latest update is that we have faced a rights dispute with one of the major
streaming media companies. No one had rights to broadcast this game on the
internet in N. America till today. But it seems like this major company is
seeking rights from one of the major satellite TV providers in Americas.
Shall we face any legal disputes with the company mentioned above; we
would certainly not stream this series as we could face legal charges. We
are working on the situation to work with the above named company and if
we succeed we will be streaming today's first ODI which is set to start
tonight (20th 7.30 GMT, 2.30 EST). Stay tuned for updates on the
situation. Shall we fail to come to a solution; all users will be refunded
the full amount they paid through paypal. Thanks for your collaboration.
Please do not email us asking anything concerned to the above issue. We
are at the process of clearing the rigths dispute. We will ensure our
users will be served justice.

I just can not believe how late this is coming to I mean the match is is 7 hours time ? also refund is good but what about transaction fees on pay pal ?

When a refund is offered transaction fees are also refunded. Well, we did not expect this situation at all.

Guys, dont worry... what if we cant watch it live, we all together can have live audio, like we had in bd vs zim, it wud be fun.. this is just an option, if live video doesnt work

or i can do is, i can broadcast live video on paltalk.
but problem is, you all have to subscrive their stream video for $14.95 for 1 month,
thatshwy i hate paltalk, but guys dont worry....

it's way better to watch it from dilma.tv rather you try bangladeshlive . To me it's very important to see if Ashraful or Shariar Nafees gets his maiden 100 . If Rafique gets few wickets then I can't miss it as well as I have to see Bashar's half century and his skill of captaicy . Can't miss all these for the buffering

i have worked out the damage (mine):
1. abscent in 3 lectures- £180
2. cancellation of 3 appointments in clinic- £60 (patients get paid to be seen by students)
3. subscription fee £18
total damage = £258

i have received 2 emails from dilmatv saying that money will be refunded. so i am hoping one refund for the money i paid, and other one is for compensation.

True.But sometimes cricinfo provides live feed only for the US residents and you cant watch it in the internet if you are in the UK. It seems to me dilma tv is having problems telecasting the match in UK as well.
