Toss: Win and Chase! Stupid Management

Its a no-brainer to win the toss and decide to chase! how stupid can the incompetent management be? if you analyse (assumption) the last one+ years of match's played (International) in Bangladesh, you would realise that 85% of the time, a chasing team has won most of the match. Why our stupid captain and management decide to Bat First, I really don't understand.! lets look at example of today's earlier practice match (Dated 14/03/2014) Zimbabwe won by 7 wickets (with 3 balls remaining), U.A.E. won by 6 wickets (with 7 balls remaining), these are some example's. here you see that Bangladesh have decided to Bat first against Ireland, according to the 85% assumption, I have made based on previous results. It is likely that our team MIGHT end up losing to Ireland today.
