Cope how ?
- Avoid cricinfo
- Avoid any articles related to the news
- Avoid all those chul chera matha thaprano threads that usually pop up
- Just dont talk about it
I deal with it by not dealing with it. Try to completely take my mind of it and concentrate on other things to keep myself busy, cuz I know no matter what and no matter how, I'll be cheering for them come the next match.
It is not denying it. I know what happened, I know exactly how it happened. Been there, done that, one too many times. I just don't let it bother me anymore.
Its not a single event. It is a continuation of the process. You are meant to have bumps along the road. Some days you'll win, some days you won't. You gotta move on.

I do the combination of social work (the best anti-depressant) and my good friend Mary Jane (the second best anti-depressant). I also do things like:
1) Remember the Sanwar Hossain-Mushfiq Babu years.
2) Look around me and witness folks coping with things far more intense than being humbled by losers doing what they best.

I was confidently expecting this failure due to it's IPL concurrent schedule, no practice match, poor team selection etc. so try to avoid watching most sessions. Still couldnt escape embarrasing feeling from it, sorrowness had to grasp me anyway. Since my test enthusiastic retired dad was watching the full match had me updated every detail update of it. And ofcourse decided to fully skip BC, cricinfo for a while until this post.
