What mistakes our team management did???

Hi everyone....my first thread to u all...After a frustrating world cup i think it's the right time to think about what mistakes we did....let's focus each n every department of team management:
1. Captain Shakib: I think he is a average captain...his body language on the field was excellent as a captain...But he needs to be more matured..making some comments about former cricketer & bad body language to the fans was unacceptable...he created pressure on himself, so there's no doubt he was not concentrating to the other players bcoz he was on pressure
2. Vice captain: Tamim's natural batting style was absent because of the vice captaincy job...Also he made some unnecessary comments which shows that vice captaincy job was'nt right for him.
3. Head coach: Just find out yourself after 58 & 78...what i hated about him was he stuck with some players like Zunaed & Rokibul...but many good players were waiting with so much to offer like Shahriar n Jahurul
4. Selector panel: We've seen so many changes done in the world cup...we shuffled the batting order a lot..too much experiment was there...my question is why did'nt you try these changes in the zim series?????? so it's clear there was no exact team plan....Most of the players are young in the team...so experience was must needed...we missed Mash here a lot.
But still i m hopeful & it's the perfect time to target 2015 with fresh coach & selectors...;D

i agree with all your points actualy.but the job of the selectors is not to set the batting order but to find capable players,new ones at times which they have failed to do.

The members here surely know how to greet a new member, I got the same reception Katman and was even asked to proof that I was a Bangladeshi, don't worry. They think they have superior knowledge than newer members. Welcome to Bangla cricket.

Its all about politics. Our board is all polititians influenced. Lotus Kamal is a puppet of our loving PM.

1. Selectors - This was the worse selectors possible. Specially the head selector must be an ex captain of the national team, like we had Faruq last time, and we all know how well the team was in last WC.

2. Experience - This team had no senior players, we needed some experience to balance the raw talent of youngsters. The WI and SA match badly needed some experience to stop the wickets and build partnerships.

3. Captain - Sakib is not a good captain. If you look at his success as captain, its him who made those matches win. Its basically Sakib the player that brought those wins, but Sakib the captain got the credits. Just look at the SA batting, what Sakib did when they kept scoring runs from the exact same shot to exact same place, no change in fielding. Masrafe was our captain, and it is unfortunate for Bangladesh, we lost him right before the world cup.

4. Curator - The Mirpur curator should be fired. He should atleast get heavy training from the Chittagong curator. Instead of building a pitch suited for Bangladesh, the idiot built the pitch our batsmen can't even bat. Every match at home should have been in pitches like Chittagong had.

5. Coaching - This is least but still important weak link. The team built was wrong. Players like Junaid, Shahriar, Mahmudullah, Naim should not be selected, supported. We should have tried Kapali, groomed new talents. The coach simply stuck with mediocre players rather than investing on new talents who could be stars.

My sincere apology to Katman. I wrote it in a bit of fun spirit, but did not realise it would hurt the OP. No excuse for this.

My cricket knowledge is very bad, btw. Although a member for quite a long time, I do not know much about cricket I am afraid.
