WMP didn't work for many of us.

VLC is working for me right now (testing it) [thanks akabir bhai for this link].

After installing it, run VLC. Go to File -> Open Netowrk Stream (or just press Control+N). Put the mms link provided by Zakir bhai (mms://abs-m1.act2000.net/abs), and keep your fingers crossed. Took a moment (may be a minute) to open in mine. So just hang on to it...don't loose hope before a minute . And finally, good luck.
