History: The term was coined by Rabz and later popularized by AsifTheManRahman and a seal of the same name was produced by BD-Shardul to stop the thread opening frenzy in BC which was otherwise put in check by red arrows. Some of the honorary proponents of this movement include M.H.Rubel, ZeeshanM, nadim 98, Shamim Mia.

I don't take responsibility of ever popularizing the abbreviation. I do take responsibility for coining the phrase though. In fact when Rabz did come up with the abbreviation later on, I too like many others needed some time to come up to speed with the fact that the four letters stood for the original phrase which was longer than four words.
