Your Opinion on Bermuda Match
Your Opinion on Bermuda Match:
1. If Bashar win the toss should we bat first or bowl first?
2. Do we need to make any change in the playing 11? Who should In who is out?
3. who should bat up in the order? what should be our batting line up?
Lets Discuss here
GOOD LUCK BANGLADESH

If India beats SL, we would have to beat Bermuda and get a Net RR gain of about 5 or more. The only way to do that is to bat 2nd (like have them restricted below 150 and reach that in 18 overs. Since wicket does not count, that might just be possible, but not batting first.

newb here! I can't believe we got wiped out like that. I am confident that SL will destroy the money grubbing Indians, Inshallah. Bermuda is also full of Indians...so they might play hard against us. Who knows.

Just win the damn game doesn't matter whether batting or bowling first. Runrate wouldn't make any difference anymore. Either we are going if we win or we are already out.

You are right about relaxing - but think about it, this is the only time we are getting a chance to get all frenzied about sports where we are actually related. We have a team - threatening everyone else.

yes we have to win the match amd it aslo matter if we bat first or bat second, i guess for bangladesh scoring more then 350 or so is quite impossible...so think if bashar win toss he should bowled first and try to all out bermuda winthin 120 -140 and try to score that run in 18 or 20 over...mashrafi, Rafiq can be try up in the order

I prefer to bat first and get a big total like 300+ or what ever run we need to get the RR in the score board.

I got this from an indian news channel: BD's only hope is to win toss, field first, bowl out Bermuda for 120, and chase it within 10.3 overs to be exact, and we'll be through, but ofcourse, all this will come into calculation if Ind beats Sl by a very close margin.

I trust Rubu's analysis and understand the only chance we got is to bowl first...Bowl em out for whatever we can and chase that total down with a run rate of 8.5 per over..So definitely bowl first.....

Expectations against Bermuda from Bangladesh team
While everyone is busy analysing Srilanka-India match, let's talk about something where Bangladesh team can actually do something other than praying..
If India wins against Srilanka we are surely out of WC, but we can still make it a memorable WC by winning comprehensively against Bermuda.. Afterall, how many of us seriously thought that we would beat Newzeland, India this time?
I would say that a victory by over 120+ runs or 6-7 wickets will be a good one. I would also like to see Shahadat/Rajib coming into this match.. He would be a handful against weaker side, also it would be interesting to see his bowling speed..
Ashraful deserves to play higher up the order(despite his numerous failures before), he should swap with Aftab(who is a big hitter and will play better towards the last 10 overs).
Lastly, what if Bermuda surprises us with a victory? None of us are talking about it, we should not be too complacent, otherwise we might just get a rude awakening like we did against Canada last WC.
GO TIGERS!!!
