Does the same quantitative approach applied to select bowlers?

Ross Turner - is he going to be the next Academy Coach/Manager? This is the vital position vacated by Shakil Kasem last time. Proper breeding of international quality players depend on how this role plays effectively in BD Cricket. McInnes, Sean Williams - I guess, were holding responsibiliies in Bangladesh being in similar roles in the Academy.

He is International Development Program Manager of Cricket Australia.

This was also one of the points discussed in the Technical Committee meeting

"Yunus informed that it is all but confirmed that Ross Turner, the Cricket Australia's International Development Program Manager, is all set to take over the charge of the GP-BCB Cricket Academy as the head coach."

He's beein involved in Cricket Education sessions in India, training Umpires and scorers etc. He is a Level III Grade Coach. Bulbul/Shujan haven't completed these levels yet. Mr. Turner was one of the few responsible for the implementation of CA’s model that Bangladesh follows for their junior development programme.
