Moni is always shaky and biased when it comes to umpiring against Bangladesh. He seems does favour the (stronger) opponent when Bangladesh plays.
A good soul will never do that. One can make a mistake or two as umpires use their bare eyes to judge the call (LBW, catch etc), but it seems Moni does make the mistakes knowingly against the Tigers to portrait him as a neutral umpire.
I hope Moni will re-think his umpiring strategies and make adjustments accordingly.

Never proud of him, and never will be. He is a disgrace for fair umpiring.
Always loves foreign teams, his biased and inaccurate decisions cost us many games.
Even local team hates him, where we have seen players showing anger for his wrong decisions
in local matches, like in DPL.
