Almost made a mess of that. We needed 2 off 7 with 5 wickets in hand. We scored 1 off the next 6 losing 4 wickets. The number 11 batsman scored a 4 off the last ball to take us home.

Ya they almost made a real mess of it but a wins a win in the end. Shanto, Mehedi, Mosaddek, and Jubair seem to be the gems of this U19 class

Something's telling me that this Mossaddek guy is something really special. Anamul is probably the most consistent U19 batsman we have ever had and even he wasn't getting 40s and 50s like Mossaddek is getting pretty much every match. For their 'official ages,' Shanto and Mehedy aren't doing too badly either.

Mosaddek really looks like a prospect.

But another thing is that when he played in the U19 World Cup he played very poorly. I think conditions played a part? I'm not too sure. Or maybe he was out of form then.

I feel sorry for Sri Lanka. Absurd that they're chasing 245 off 29 overs. We might've been bowled out for 244. SL are making a good fight off the chase. That Weerakkody has smashed 42 off 16. SL 109/3 after 11.1 overs.
