MOUs aren't legally binding from what I hear.

At any rate...the BCB should ask this tour gets moved to UAE...rain will ruin a tour in BD in July anyways. Win win for all unless the PCB keeps acting like a bunch of whining babies.

. Bangladesh have said that they are willing to play the series at a neutral venue. However, PCB do not consider it financially viable to host teams like Bangladesh and Zimbabwe in UAE, which has been adopted for their home matches since the 2009 Lahore attacks on the Sri Lanka team.

How wonderful, the phrase 'Bangladesh and Zimbabwe' will never leave us it seems. They can invite 'financially viable' teams like West Indies sans half their IPL superstars and Sri Lanka (who has Bangladeshi sponsors for their own home series) but not Bangladesh

We have our own s.hit to sort out, and we have lot going on in our own country.. no need to go there and add more dilemma. We are doing very well in cleaning those bad people from our country, keep going!

Financial viability is simply anti Bangladesh propaganda.

On paper it seems that they are using the ban on Pakistan tours to their advantage! Win win for them in either scenario

They are just bluffing. They just want to bully and take us to Pakistan by blackmailing . They Still can't get rid of filthy attitude. I am glad BCB got the courage and refuse to go there

But during ICC meeting I will speak to my Bangladesh counterpart and may re-negotiate our tour to Bangladesh this year and ask them to compensate us for not touring Pakistan.
I don't get this. On what basis? We negotiated and settled Lotus Kamal's commitment to tour Pakistan last time. What else is there to compensate for? They must be out of their minds. I am glad BCB refused to tour.

PCB are led by the dumbest people, chairman after chairman have been clowns. I think it was Richardson that once said 'I don't even know who the Chairman is whenever dealing with PCB'

That was during the time Ashraf and Sethi kept taking turns being chairman

To be fair i guess PCB really needs the money. No wonder almost every year, one of their national cricketers try to fund raise through spot fixing.

Really? Wow. If true, not good from BCB. Seems like they have fallen to the blackmail from PCB. Hope BD team now win the series...so it will be a tamacha on PCB's face.

We toured there in 2004 (1st time in more than 2 decades) and beaten them in both tests and ODIs. Ghar me ghus ke maara tha...as they say. Hope my beloved bangla team follows suit.

So high performance squad members' lives are less valuable than the nat. squad ones ?

Give due credit to BCB as well for being gullible as ****, so somehow the weaker kid manage to arm twist the stronger one
